Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your MediRoute account and personal data

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal data is removed and your account is anonymised. A limited set of financial and legal records is retained as described below.

Option 1 — Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the MediRoute app
  2. Go to Profile (or Account settings) in the navigation
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Tap “Delete My Account” (red button)
  5. Read the confirmation message and tap “Yes, Delete My Account”
  6. Your account is anonymised and closed immediately, and you are logged out

If your account type does not yet show this option in the app, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, email us at mediroute@keficorp.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Is Retained

A limited set of records is kept after your account is anonymised, because we are legally required to retain them (tax, accounting, and dispute resolution):

Deletion Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate — your account is anonymised and your login tokens are invalidated the moment you confirm. Removal of your personal data and stored documents from our active database and storage is completed within 30 days. The limited financial and legal records described above are retained beyond that period as required by law.
