Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MediRoute platform — our mobile app and website (the "Service") — operated by Keficorp Private Limited ("Keficorp", "we", "us"). MediRoute connects healthcare professionals with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organisations for shifts and permanent roles.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use the Service
You may use the Service only if you are 18 years or older, are either a working healthcare professional or an authorised representative of a healthcare organisation, and are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
MediRoute is a two-sided platform. Healthcare professionals ("Professionals") can discover and apply for shifts and roles; hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organisations ("Facilities") can post opportunities and review applicants. The Service helps these parties find and connect with each other.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login (including your phone number and one-time passwords) secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
- One account per person or organisation, unless we agree otherwise. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- provide false, misleading, or impersonating information — including about your identity, credentials, or organisation;
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in breach of any healthcare, labour, or professional regulation that applies to you;
- scrape, copy, or harvest data, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- harass, abuse, or harm other users, or post unlawful or offensive content.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally and to honour the commitments you make through the Service.
5. Professional credentials & verification
If you are a Professional, you are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the registration details, qualifications, and documents you provide. Any verification carried out by us or by a Facility is a convenience to help Facilities make decisions — it is not a guarantee of your credentials, identity, or fitness for a role. Facilities remain responsible for their own hiring, screening, and compliance decisions.
6. Our role — we connect, we do not employ
MediRoute is a neutral technology platform that helps Professionals and Facilities find and connect with each other. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer, and we are not a party to any arrangement between users.
- Any shift, engagement, or employment is a direct arrangement between the Professional and the Facility. They alone are responsible for the terms of that arrangement, the work performed, supervision, working conditions, and compliance with all applicable laws.
- We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control Professionals; and we do not guarantee any Facility's conduct, any Professional's work, or that any shift, role, or applicant will be available, suitable, or fulfilled.
- Any dispute about work, conduct, payment, or an engagement is between the Professional and the Facility. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for resolving it, although we may offer limited tools or support at our discretion.
7. Fees & payments
MediRoute is currently free to use. We do not charge Professionals or Facilities to use the Service, and we do not process or hold payment-card or bank details through the Service.
Payment for work is arranged and settled directly between the Professional and the Facility, off-platform. MediRoute does not collect, hold, disburse, or guarantee any such payment, and is not responsible for non-payment, underpayment, or any payment dispute between the parties.
Because we do not charge users, there are no fees, subscriptions, or refunds through the Service. If we introduce any paid features in the future, we will publish the applicable pricing and terms (including any refund or cancellation terms) before they apply to you, and your continued use afterwards will be subject to them.
8. The Service is provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will result in any shift, role, hire, or particular outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Keficorp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
- Keficorp will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any Professional or Facility, for work performed or not performed, for any engagement, for any non-payment or payment dispute, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service.
- To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, Keficorp's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keficorp from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, the information or content you provide, or your dealings with any other user.
11. Suspension, termination & account deletion
We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm other users, the public, or Keficorp. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app or via /delete-account; deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
